Delivery Process: Arista Mart deliver customers order product with convenient time in the area of Dhaka Metropolitan City and outside of Dhaka city. Based on four business territories our delivery support team always ready with their vehicle to move fast and ensure product delivery with convenient time. A fix delivery amount will charged for home delivery service.
Payment Process: Customers can payment through –
A. Cash on Delivery
B. Credit/Debit Card payment (We accept all international & local bank Cards)
C. Mobile Banking (Bkash, Rocket, Ucash, Mcash etc.)
Return Process: If received products will be defected and not as per customer requirement on that case customer can report at Arista Mart Ltd. Customer Care Center or send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours. In that case, damaged products are not retainable. If customers not get product as Arista Mart promise them so Arista Mart refund their money. If customer wants to order same product again via Arista Mart Ltd. on that case it will subject to provide delivery charge again for that product.
